No.

If a manager is pressured to play someone at a position and caves in he should be sacked.

I meant by fans and media myself. If the chairman does it you'd be wise to either quit or do it.

Firmly in the team now. He'll only get better and better. He's unreal.

It has to be said though it was a massive oversight not sorting this out earlier.

Do you think eddies been pressured into playing him there?

No. He saw he was too inconsistent or not doing what he wanted as the RCM and he preferred Longstaff for that role.

I think he realised how well he played in the central role against Chelsea in the cup. We’ve been struggling for goals so perhaps need ball players further forward and we have also still had that issue with screening the CB’s.

He’s found a solution (so far) to a lot of the midfield issues. By playing him as the 6. Something I read that he did early in his career.

Suddenly, the LCM role looks like it could be more of an issue. Willock is too in and out, Joelinton was great first half tonight. Poor second, IMO. Longstaff has been bad there the few times he’s played there from memory?

Long may it continue. Working like a horse tonight. Maybe he’s finally back to full fitness. Would be understandable given how long he’s had out.

Absolutely superb tonight. Going a year without competitive games is quite some thing to work through but he was really ticking today.

Between him and Isak for our man of the match.

Just plays the role in such an orthodox way, and his pace is such an asset.

I don't think he's always going to be the answer there this season, but that's the beauty of Bruno being RCM, you can switch them in-game pretty seamlessly imo or even explore some alternative shapes.

He wasn't just sitting in 6 either, they were rotating quite well.

His little foot-to-foot and shot was class.

I think he's most intelligent player in the squad, great reading of the game and awareness of space.

I know this is smugness, but we never needed to freak out so much about him. Same as Hall, he was too good to end up a bad signing.

He's still less than half way through his first season with us, effectively.

He was sensational tonight. Needs to be treated as an automatic starter like Bruno is, basically. Took the piss out of Gravenberch time and again.

Sean will have his time and place but it should be him starting the Bromley cup game and giving Sandro a breather occasionally, and not the other way around. And I'm more positive about Sean than a lot are.

My motm slightly ahead of isak and bruno. Broke so much of there attacking play up, and his first time balls over the top will get us goals.

Just need gordon off freekicks for this sandro gadgey. 😂

Ahead of Isak? Have to be by a nose as they say in horse racing.

Very close between all three but there midfield three couldn't get going he was all over the shop getting blocks in and tackles.

Love Sandro, I've mentioned a bunch of times, he does the little things expertly. He can carry the ball and his one touch passes are great. He's outstanding as @Milanista would attest.
