TRon
Don't know how he does it but he seems to be in every quadrant of the pitch all of the time.

STM
I don't even know where start, his two goals are mere icing on the cake. His first time passes are sublime. His first touch assured. His vision is great (you see that pass to Gordon). But his off the ball work... The way he sprints with real pace to get back, cuts out passing lanes, commits little fouls, nudges, kicks, annoys.. it's all this stuff we've been missing. We all love Bruno but it just isn't his game and we even get Bruno Mk 2 which is a mile better than Longstaff. Can anyone remember the West Ham away game, before his suspension, 2-2 IIRC, where he didn't deal with the situation and pretty much cost us 2 points? He was nowhere near it. Now we have our gladiator that we signed and we've also got Bruno back. Edited 6 hours ago by STM

Another plus to having him in that position is that he has a decent strike on him, so will be in position to thump them if the ball comes to him there in space. I was wanting him played more but could understand why he didn't as it often didn't work, him and Bruno together that is. Bruno and Tonali have looked instantly better as a duo since they swapped positions.
Andy
Draw a red rectangle covering the full length of the pitch. That's what it feels like his heatmap should look like today. Everywhere.

Not sure Bruno has compared to the last couple of seasons but that currently seems to be our best way to go. I do t see them as a duo but 2 parts of a trio Edited 6 hours ago by madras

He's top drawer and a player we desperately needed.
AyeDubbleYoo
In some ways he's the anti-Bruno but in others they have the potential to form a really great partnership. Can't be many better pairs in European football when they're on top of the game.

Smal
He was leading in the second half too. Was trying to get players to calm down after we went 3 up especially. They didn’t really seem to do it, but hopefully his experience playing at a top level can eventually help us too. Edited 5 hours ago by Smal
Newcastle Fan
So good today and both strikes were of great technique, really enjoy watching him in the stadium as you get to see just how much space he covers for the team.

Ginola14
Great to see him coming really good now, I was a bit underwhelmed at the start but no doubting his quality he's been brilliant last few games starting to think we'd be playing CL football this season and maybe won the LC last year had he not been suspended (don't think we've had a more unlucky season in my lifetime when you also factor in so many injuries)

Several fans wanted this to happen a while before it did, including giving him a run in the team. Giving someone a run of games is just necessary, can't expect much from the odd start here and there.
