I think the last few windows have just shown that all of the local journalists have absolutely no idea what is going on. Makes me think whether we actually have an interest in Pedro, Elanga etc or even had an interest in Mbuemo or whether it’s completely made up to get clicks. It’s too easy for them to say the deal never happened.

 

Most of the players we do sign it gets announced from out of nowhere. Whereas they all seem to have the ‘saga transfers’ where we never actually sign who they have linked us with. Were we ever even interested in the player at all!?

27, 33 and 29 appearances in Serie A in the last three seasons. 36 goals too, not the worst return. Also didn't realise he's 25, for some reason I thought he was older than that.

Vlahovic despite looking the part physically, really gets pushed around by defenders. Was shocked at how much he got bullied in the Euros last year. Was always ending up on the floor under a bit of pressure.

 

I'd be worried about him adapting to the Premier League.

 

Would have to be a system that just has him looking to get in behind and not get involved in play and hold off defenders.

I think it is that he can't carry out a standard training and match routine with his big frame. So he has to be managed at all times.
