He has pace and personality but he lacks a bit of precision and is quite anarchic on the pitch (this can be positive or negative depending on how the team play). The main problem is that in your 4-3-3, in my opinion, he wouldn't work well... it's a different story in a 4-man midfield (or a 5-man midfield like Inter's).
