Great point.  It's proven beyond doubt now that nothing leaks early from our side, so all this Isak shite has come from Liverpool and their paid twitter shills from day-1, in an obvious attempt to unsettle the player and pressure us into selling (at a lower price)... It's all as plain as day.

 

I'm more adamant than ever, we absolutely must NOT sell Isak to Liverpool now, or it'll just reinforce to everyone that those kinds of dirty tricks and underhanded tactics work.

In NUFC’s case, it’s now clear as day that any claims of our interest in a player will be either:

 

a) from another club or agent. And if it is actually based on truth and a genuine NUFC buying deal, why leak it unless they’re trying to drive the price up e.g. Sesko

 

or

 

b) lies for clicks and bunce

As a result of this transfer window, other than our striker position on Monday our bench was stacked for the first time in ages. Even a couple of decent trusted players like Krafth and Lascelles who couldn’t get on the bench.

 

in the end had me thinking, if we were to have two strikers which of these really good players on the bench is going to be left out.

I think Osula makes it ahead of Murphy or Barnes as he can cover striker or out wide.

 

Bit more likely horses for courses and the chances of having everyone fully fit and not suspended for more than a game or 2 at a time is pretty remote.
