As I understand it, he's a box-to-box goal scoring centre mid. Not really creative, but good goal scoring numbers.

No. More energetic box-to-box #8, classic Eddie Howe midfielder. Good at chipping in with goals which we need from midfield.

It seems he never passes, he never tackles but he does shoot (effectively tbf). He’s not the type of player I would’ve expected us to be interested in..

Looks good and we lack goals from midfield. CL experience too
