Bennacer could be an excellent solution for you... he can replace both Bruno and Tonali, he's cheap and to play in the Premier League I think he's willing to reduce his salary which is not very high anyway.

PSR is over the last three seasons so it wouldn’t really matter when the Kelly fee was booked at this point in time (although I think it was 30 June so before the deadline).

The Kelly and Longstaff fees will be in this PSR year. So around 30 mill of pure PSR profit.

Love Camavinga. Although haven't seen much of him the last year but last few times I saw him he seemed to have regressed a little? Hadn't quite kicked on and become a starter?

I don't really believe the Camavinga links are legitimate, but I will say that it's not enticing a prospect as you might first think.

Outgoings: possibly Isask or Osula, Willock or Miley but the former hasnt been linked away since fulham links early in the summer.

Premier League clubs need to complete a 'deal sheet' in order to complete a transfer in the last two hours of a transfer window.

Clubs often leave their transfer dealings to the very last minute, and therefore have to submit a form to the Premier League to make sure that a transfer can go ahead.

The deal sheet allows a club to confirm that an agreement has been reached and also give themselves more time to submit the remaining documentation.

The Premier League and the English Football League have both set a transfer deadline for Monday, 1 September at 19:00 BST.

The deal sheet cannot be used before 17:00 BST and needs to be filled in before the transfer window closes.

Once the deal sheet arrives with the Premier League, the clubs have an additional two hours, or until 21:00 BST to submit all the required paperwork.

If all the necessary paperwork has still not been submitted after the 21:00 BST deadline has passed, the transfer will not be able to proceed.

 

If I'm reading that right we could submit a deal sheet after 17:00 Monday, and would have up until 21:00 hrs to wrap up all paperwork for any last minute dealings.
