If Wissa is looking slim, and we’re looking at circa £40m for the 2nd striker, who do we think we swing to next? 
 

Now we have the big striker in, is a short term free transfer / low cost and wages for someone like Vlahovic now look more appealing? Do we push late on for Emegha and have a raw striker?

I could believe Fermin deal being an option if Gordon is viewed as a striker 2nd option, we’d need someone else to cover which Fermin can but also be an exceptional player for CM.

You'd imagine Barca might be open to a deal involving loans with obligations going both directions

Woltemade scores predominantly in the box compared to Isak who might ping one in from distance. Would be nice to have someone central that could do that. Barnes, Schar and Smurphy like a Crack but we need more imo.

I watched a couple of youtube videos and he scores plenty of screamers.

Fermín is pie-in-the-sky stuff. Would be an all-timer of a window if that came off plus another striker (Strand-Larsen, Wissa etc). 

 

Don't think it's likely though. I can see us getting another midfielder.

So I don't watch Italian or Spanish football (or much non-NUFC) at all, are these players going to bring the creatvity that will enable us to break down a low block?  I think we're going to start to see a lot of that in the league.
