Shit is relative though isn't it. They're shit compared to the teams of the 80s,90s and early 00s that won nearly everything but they still regularly get to the latter stages of the major competitions. We're hardly talking about a Botswana or Faroe Islands

Sell Gordon depending on his form this fall, consider Leao and Barcola for LW in winter. Get Frattesi or Fermin Lopez in for the midfield in the summer. Go for Scalvini for the CB position too. While we made some decent signings, i dont see anyone except possibly Woltemade to raise the teams ceiling. I fear for the future if we dont get a blue chip signing in that strengthen the starting eleven asap, who knows what Guimaraes, Tonali and Livra will think next year

So you mean we were never in for Ekitike, Mbeumo, Pedro, Sesko, Guehi and hundreds more that is in the same tier at those i mentioned above.

We were. But we got precisely none of them and had to shop a tier down instead. As you said yourself....

Just because this summer was something extraordinary, doesnt mean it gonna be the same for the rest of our lives. Its not written in stone that we gonna get rejected forever now on. This summer will never happen again

I think the most important thing is to look to the next generation now. We should be looking at 18/19 year olds who can replace Wissa, Bruno and Joelinton. In a few years.

Yep, atleast speaking of his current form. Im sorry but i think he will only regress from here but thats me.

 

Leao/Barcola 85-95 mil. Cannot stress how important one of these player would be.

Scalvini 40-45mil also. 2 of these players from my list is actually realistic, atleast the midfield and CB

I'm not sure why you think we can afford to do any of this, or why you think any of it is realistic, but it's not.

 

You also need to look into some of your player evaluations because they are way off.

To my defence, i have seen the similar price range for Scalvini, Leao and Frattesi around the internet. So not from my fantasy, and to me, Lopez and Barcola for that price actually is realistic
