All that matters for accidental handball [unless the player whose arm it hits scores] is was his arm making his body unnaturally bigger? It wasn't so goal is correct.

 

Would be really useful if commentators and pundits knew the rules.

Regarding the handball, that's never a foul anywhere else on the pitch. Hand by his side, ball hit at him from 3 yards away. Always a goal for me.
