Little video of him from a few years ago in Monaco. Speaks quite well, but mainly... what a place to train!

Encouraging how he speaks about the players like he knows them, and speaks about the manager like a really close colleague who shares a project.

Stands by his Son Heung-Min signing and also understands that time is needed to adjust, to integrate into the team. Just like Howe does.

Very happy with this appointment. No media leaks, no ITK’s. Just “blam” here it is! Yeah fook you Baldwards and Downie, keep scratting about for crumbs. The future’s bright the future’s black and white :indi:

Got a git English name. Reckon Eddie picked him?

Jokes aside he seems like a credible, considered appointment and I'm looking forwards to seeing him impact us in a positive way. Let's go

Think it’s just because most do absolutely no actual journalism. They’re essentially social media personalities and/or content creators.

Because they contribute nothing basically.

First to the story, not first to the truth. Baldwards is divisive and antagonistic towards the fanbase. Downie usually just throws a follow up punch. When we want to keep it under wraps they know fook all. Most of the time it’s educated guessing metrics with a grain of possible fact. So glad we’re a proper run professional outfit now. Must boil their piss. Great! [emoji38]

Yeah, feel quite a lot within this role will come down to how you click with the manager / chairperson.

He seems to have got on with Poch well as he followed him to Spurs. Then seems to not have got on with Levy, which is probably also a plus.

Uh oh, think he was at Spurs when they bought Sissoko off us for £30milion. ABORT, ABORT ABORT!

To be fair he ended up playing over 200 games for them. Don't think he was much good mind.

The article implies that he would’ve been working under Ashworth, not instead of him

Fair enough but still turned them down (let me have this ).

According to Wikipedia he also took Alan Smith to MK Dons from us - we're all allowed a few mistakes. 😂
