Palace are going to replace him and they'll need time to pick their player so the onus is on both clubs to wrap it up quickly rather than dragging it out. STM Posted August 5 Share Posted August 5 It seems like Palace are openly negotiating with us and Guehi has likely told them he wants the move. There's not much going back from Palaces end. Them pulling out now would cause them a big problem. Our only worry is another side coming in but it's not looking likely, besides hopefully he's got his heart set on seeing bridges. Palace are really tough to negotiate with and tend to get annoyed easily if things aren't done properly. They had all these specific steps in place regarding Olise that took Bayern a while to navigate before finally tying up the deal.
