Don't think Hall has been that bad, granted some of his more adventurous passing has been sloppy.

Yeah I've been a tad puzzled by the criticism on here, if anything he just looks slightly anxious, but was building his way into the game, its been played at a frantic tempo end to end, he's had his work cut out. Literally not sure what we could do at LB that would make any difference, Tino has been below his standards of late anyway.

Feel really bad for Willock. Looked gutted.

Tonali looks bloody class. What a return.

Hall needs to study film for six hours a day. He loves losing possession when not under pressure.

Pope is Pope. Can't command the air in the slightest.

Isak is running pointless wind sprints as usual (not his fault).

Looking like a fucking slog against their second string. Going to be gassed vs Spurs. Shame.

Nice seeing Tonali slot in neatly.  Pisser re Willock who is so important to the way we play.  1-0 up in a cup game, so that’s canny.

The negatives - Hall looks a million miles away from a 30m fullback at the moment, Isak isn’t just isolated but off the pace, Krafth isn’t a very good footballer.

The fact we haven’t a centre back that can pick a pass is putting us in all sorts of bother IMO. It invites the press, means the midfield has to sit too deep and puts pressure on the fullbacks.

Yeah, a clear problem again. Mind you, we could do with at least one recipient of a forward pass controlling the ball, regardless of who's delivering it.

This is half the problem, look more comfortable with Schar at least in there and his range of passing means we can counter.

Just too much space when teams come at us

It's lingering skepticism from him not being favored by Eddie last season. Will continue all season on here.

We miss Schar hugely mind. The ball

is like a hot potato in the final third with this lot and Forest know it.

Not enough threat down the left for me. Isak isolated and frustrated.

Think that's being very forgiving; he's been crap.

It’s more than that tbf - his positioning has been poor, his decision-making too, and for all the vaunted talk about his technical ability his pass accuracy (even simple passes) has been really poor.

He’s a young lad, all the time in the world to improve, but at the moment he’s a liability.

I feel like Krafth having so much of the ball (has made 30% more passes than any of our other players so far) is a bit of an issue. He’s not been giving it away but he’s certainly not Fabian Schar either. Midfield needs to offer more. Bruno’s barely shown for the ball at all.

Same happened the weekend. Teams are targeting our fullbacks as well as they know the centre backs can't pass.
