Kanj Posted July 12, 2025 Share Posted July 12, 2025 I think securing a right footed but genuinely two footed in Elanga will prove to he the better option - it’s clear as day Isak thrived off of great right footed deliveries from Murphy so we’re not changing any of that with Elanga, but now we have a genuine two footed option with Elanga now who can deliver with quality with his left like an inverted winger. I kind of liked him as a player even before we found out about his personality tbh. Two footed, and he has the confidence to ping in crosses first time instead of taking the extra touch someone like Murphy needs. Minteh has that as well but he's a lot less polished. And the same numbers the season before, Murphy gave us these numbers last season but it was by far his best season G/A wise in a lot of years. It seems Elanga is more consistent.
