Don't think he's good enough, seems to need to always get the ball under control with 3 or 4 touches before doing anything and half the time gets it stuck under his feet or taken away from him. Needs to use his first touch to set himself up to do something but don't think he's capable.

The speed of Forrest Gump but unfortunately not the brain.

He's effective in a counter attacking side, but no good back to goal, dribbling at people, making simple passes or having any aggression at all. Need to get rid as he's just not a good fit for where we need to be

Surprised he's being singled out for criticism TBH. He was one of our brighter players in the first half. Was significantly better than Barnes, who was pretty anonymous by contrast.

It's always the case. The team played another 30+ mins after he went off and did absolutely nothing, and they were in fact much worse than when he was on.

If brighter means missing two chances and losing possession all of the time then aye, I guess he was one of the brighter ones

He's singled out because he's fucking atrocious more often than not

He wasn't atrocious today. What did you think of Barnes and Murphy?

They were both shit, but most fans recognise that Barnes’ performance was a form thing whereas Elanga’s was about ability.

Hopefully West ham stay up so Nuno can sign him or something

I was just about to say, he’s the definition of a West Ham player.

He's an absolutely dreadful footballer.  He's the sort of riff-raff they (mackems) should have been trying to sign from a minor league in the summer on the off-chance they could turn a profit or he might work out.
