Them and Chelsea have cheated their way to success, entrenching themselves in a position where they can effectively constrain the capabilities of other clubs in 2026 to challenge them. Even demoting them to the Championship, they'd be back to finishing top four the season after. It would need to be more than -10 though. If it was up to me it'd be -20 for 5+ seasons.
