Battered Everton but lacked any real cutting edge . We've seen worse performances this season and had better results. The flaws in the side and the squad have been evident for so long. It's quite difficult to score goals without a goalscorer. We've two very good ones but unfortunately they're both made of glass.

Really poor in the final third. Poor weight of passing, poor finishing.

There's got to be a better way for us to approach teams like this. Because what we are currently doing does not work.

Bruno MOTM, closely followed by Burn.

I just wish we'd switch it up now and again go orthodox wingers and a big man in the middle just something different.

Taking off your finisher for a winger who tries but has no end product then Murphy for Willock it's not his type of game at all.

It's been getting on for 12 months now that we've blighted by injuries. Can't even manage a single month having everyone available. Beyond a joke.

Desperate for Everton to nick that weren’t you

We had loads of the ball but no outlet, without a striker we are overloaded with midfields and wingers that are always looking for someone in the box, but we don't have that so everything slows down and they all end up scratching their heads, he should have chucked big Will on for 20 minutes to see what difference that would make.

It is going to be the story of last season with the squad been lopsided when we have key players injured.

Another point on the road but not what we need with other clubs starting well.

Genuinely not sure how anyone can think that was a good/decent performance tbh.

Felt like if there was no opposition we'd still have found a way to miss the final pass or screw the chances wide.

Criminal from Gordon there with his chance. You have to go low and hard and test the keeper at the very least so that someone else might get a tap in.

8 shots and 0 on target 2nd half. Poor.

Our best away performance for a long time, but we can't continue with no strikers. Weird choice to take off Barnes who is the only one likely to bury a chance.

 quick flick through the thread. Sigh, enjoy the misery, those of you.

We were good tonight, just snatched at every single big chance, which is very annoying.

Everton had their chance because of course they did; PL teams always get a chance. We were by a country mile the better team there.

Point on the road, take it and move on.

Tldr; PATHETIC!!!
