Chelsea have spent in excess of a billion in 2 years despite not being able to to attract sponsors yet we he we are totally neutered by it. We have no debt at all and owners willing to support the club financial yet we are not allowed to compete because of rules which were sold to us as protecting clubs from going out of business.
