I’m sure when he first arrived he was hailed by fans of all clubs for his bright and positive outlook, had a bit of cheekiness as well that was endearing. Guess now his team are facing adversity we’ve found out who he really is

It happens every time. Mourinho. Klopp. Ange. If you have a bit of eccentricity about you you're a 'breath of fresh air' blah blah yadda yadda yadda and then you're getting interviewed every week and you're just as much a moany wanker as the rest of them.

It's worse than a standard "the decision was wrong and completely changed the game".

The vague phrasing seems very much intended to hint at there being some sort of malice at work and that Spurs have been the victim of some sort of foul play, but the refusal to say what exactly he's talking about means he can't really get in trouble for it.

And I suspect he doesn't want to get into specifics because he knows his arguement won't work.

Honestly considering some of the dumb questions that get asked of managers to get a rise out of them I can't believe that, as far as I've seen, not one has had the balls to get him to explain what he doesn't think was fair and equal.

I think the journalists were asking him but he refused to answer, just kept repeating the same thing.

Fair. Watched a few clips and obviously jumped the gun. He's shown himself up to be a right little bitch then.

Sorry if posted, this is his BBC post match... see what MOTD say about it tonight.

Postecoglou repeats same answer six times

Tottenham Hotspur manager Ange Postecoglou repeatedly tells BBC Sport that Spurs would have beaten Newcastle "if all things were equal" following a 2-1 home defeat by the Magpies.

What a shithouse he is.  Asked to expand on it and be specific on it and he bottles it, then gets aggressive with the interviewer. Sir Bobby said about Spurs rivals Arsenal they need to learn how to lose and it applies here. Ange left his top scorer on the bench and his tactics in the last 8 games have meant his side has let in 17 goals. Yet today's about "if all things were equal" . Team's leakier than a sieve on the Titanic. Get real and you might get some results.

If Staveley gets control of Tottenham she won't put up with this clown for long.

Staveley won’t get any control at Spurs. She’ll be either acting as an intermediary like she was in Man City takeover, or buying a minority stake.

Yeah heard someone speculate was a NFL franchise owner sniffing around. I'm sure an american owner will mean more level headed forum discussion on here...

We could still be playing now and they wouldn't have scored. Surprised we aren't still playing with that referee.

Ange is hilarious mind. Sounds scared to say anything about his own players except "they were magnificent". Cock indeed.

Saw a bit of the interview. Just the ramblings of an under-pressure manager who has spent a fortune, isn't getting results, isn't particularly media-friendly in the first place and is looking to deflect the blame onto anything and everything except for himself.

If all things were equal we’d be allowed to buy the players we want, with the money our owners have, without having to sell our best young prospects and we’d be challenging for the league every year, leaving clubs like Spurs in the dust, mate.
