Thought we had this in thr bag but then after the last couple of games at home and Arsenal giving City a good coshing I'm a little worried! Early goal, prime Alardyce Bolton bus please.

That would be amazing, but wouldn't be surprised if we come out a bit shaky, and looking a bit uncertain on how much to commit going forward.

More likely, unless Eddie has had them locked in looking at Arteta clips and pumping them up like Viking berserkers caged in the hold of the ship (Maybe that's just Big Joe if he plays).

Just cant see any way that Arteta doesn't behave like an arsehole tonight.

He’s going to be insufferable on the touch line, I hope Tindle gives it the biggin on the touch line to fan the flames.

Last two home gameswas just a  ploy.. make arsenal think we were playing shite... then boom 3-0 home win 😁

Had a quick chat with Mick Quinn on Sunday. As he drinks in my local. He is adamant that Saturday was just the players having one eye on this game. Whether meaning to or not.

I mean, they’re professional athletes and we’re gunning for Europe. So I doubt that, myself. I also know Quinny can be a wafflebag. But as an ex-pro he would know better than most.

Would love for Havertz or the like to try and fail halving one of our players. Best way to get the crowd up. Worked a treat last season.

Hate the rumours of a back 5 tonight. In my eyes that would be telling Arsenal that we are shit scared.

Not read anything about the game at all today. But that would be a bit odd. Seeing as we haven’t done it much under Eddie since his first season.

In Howe we trust. Even if it is 5-5-0

Some controversial decision to send us through would be delicious, just to see the meltdown from their lot.

Dubious penalty, Isak panenka in the 89th min to send us through.
