American Express will do that if you have the right card with them. You get a global concierge service. They can find you restaurants, hotels, tickets to anything really anything you like. You pay for it though ( tickets etc) unless you are ultra wealthy.  Annual fee is quite high on those cards.

If they can find 3 bags of gear for £100 at 5am on a Sunday morning then that annual fee is well worth it

i worked in their sales department t got one week as a youngun (convergys in Baron House on westgate Road) . That was on a charge card that was invite only - Beckham

had one. You could basically ask them to ho and but you tabs and drop thrm

off at your hotel etc - I can’t remember what the fees were but massive. 
 

Mackem must have been doing very well .
