Having midweek games does not affect the elite clubs one single bit, if anything it benefits them.

Midweek games are just a handy excuse for when you are going through a bad spell of form. Get sick of hearing how a free week will give us plenty of time to prepare and rest up, and then we inevitably turn in a half-hearted performance and get turned over by a team that''s played three days earlier.

Aye it's absolute bollocks and just an excuse engineered from convenience.

Remember pardew spouting that shite then we had a 2 week lay off, then got beat 4-0 by stoke.

Am I understanding this correctly - those in Pot 4 have 24hrs to enter that Ballot from Monday noon then those successful will be told on 6pm Tuesday, to then purchase a ticket Wednesday?

Jesus, is that what the Tyne Bridge looks like these days? Looks like it has been abandoned for decades it is that rusty. You'd think he could have edited it to look a bit greener if he was going to edit himself on top it too.

Nowhere near as bad as that fake Newcastle fan, DJ numpty who ended up an Arsenal fan.

Jumped on the bandwagon, got to DJ at SJP then disappeared into obscurity

Not quite, he's made quite the living out of it all. Now DJ's on BBC Newcastle, and think I saw he's also booked to DJ at a fanzone somewhere before the Carabao Cup final.

So is he actually a fan, or did he use it as a career move.

He's a Newcastle fan yeah.

His career took off when Pete Tong praised and played his track on BBC radio, not because he done a rave outside of SJP then got asked to do it inside.

Patrick Topping also helped him out a lot.

Maybe he’s just someone who isn’t/wasn’t massively into football. It’s allowed. Bit different from someone who’s life is half dominated by football changing teams.

Aye, silly lad trying to fit in down London when he was there.

Honestly couldn't care either way tbh, the raves outside the ground were class, the little stunt in the ground was cringe.
