Hope not. We have never looked good with him up there imo.

He had a decent game there at home to Man City.

Granted, this game won’t be a remotely similar type of game.

Obviously the win is most important but I really want to see us play well and smash these.

I'm still not confident that we have the consistency to comfortably finish 5th, I think it's going to be up and down right until the end. Maybe just paranoid, but a dominant performance would help.

Looking at the squads around us, (Villa had Asensio, Watkins, Malen, Onana and Maatsen on the bench the other night), it’s a miracle we are even in contention tbh.

Yes, I think over the next few weeks our results will start to calm the nerves of some supporters who are not yet 'certain' about our consistency levels!

I hope we are not aiming for 5th, 4th place is the more logical objective, which could quickly become 3rd if Forest start to finally stumble a bit.

Why ?

Second worst defense in the league, only a few goals of being the worst. They've conceded more than one goal in eight of their last ten games. They are at home, they aren't going to be playing with 10 men behind the ball, so if we only manage to score one it doesn't fill the team with much confidence going into the next couple of games.

We need to be getting 3/4 and going into Man Utd with some momentum and confidence.
