Fans can be the decider here. Really lift the team. Into them.

Howe being in hospital and the current table/CL qualification will mean they’ll be up for it. It’s not a straightforward match at all but not winning would be very disappointing.

Hoping that we can be at our best. Intense, sharp, focused and controlled on the ball. I really don’t think we’ve been that good lately despite picking up good results fortunately. I hope we up our game and smash them.

Normal Newcastle part of me is fearing Hojlund / Garnacho finally scoring and looking like world beaters against us, as we slip up and they then return to shit the following week.

The new Newcastle part of me is overconfident, we turn up with our A game, this will be comfortable. 2-0.

We were fucking brilliant against Liverpool, had a two week hangover against a very good Brentford team but still won and strolled past Leicester in first gear. 😂

Im not talking about Liverpool as if that wasn’t pretty obvious without needing a mention. But the games before and after. If you think we’ve been very good lately I don’t know what to tell you.

It’s great that we’ve been able to pick up points but we can play better. Eddie himself has said it, I guess he’s wrong too.
