Brighton away. A similar record to our Liverpool away record.

It’s frustrating as they are there for the taking today.

I just dont undertand this squad in general. How can we go from sometimes playing with great intensity to this shower of shite?

So toothless for a team fighting for a CL spot. Every player complacent.

Get Miley and Gordon on. Miley can get us ticking as he can actually get the ball to move around without it looking like a struggle.

Wouldn’t surprise me to see Bruno get frustrated and sent off in the second.

They look fucking gash.

We haven’t got going, but are the better team.

It took them 2 stoppage time goals to beat West Ham last week, their only win in 6 games.

If they get a European place, they’ll be shown up.

They are on the beach and we are just sitting staring at them on the sun loungers.

They’ve outplayed us this entire half.

Very "Meh" performance, should be a draw really, there hasn't been a whole lot of goalmouth action, they have done much we haven't done much.

We've gotten into decent positions without doing anything with it, which makes me think we can still come back and get a result, we just need to step it up.

Howe getting it tactically wrong. Sitting back and not pressing isn’t working. Tino dropping into midfield isn’t working. Isak is isolated and Brighton are responding very well to our wing play.

Get Gordon on to press their right back who’s on a yellow. Stop this inverted full back nonsense and get Isak on the ball more. We can win this come oooon.

This isn't about individual performances so much as it is a team-wide mental issue that's not being addressed.

Just won 20 out of our last 26 games but sound

We were crap there, absolutely no end product and incredibly poor on the goal.

Sick to death of losing the this same bastard fixture with a whimper every season, especially when it's against nowt special like these.

Second half needs to be much better. I'd remove Willock who's a complete non-event as usual and probably Isak too who may as well not be there.

Yeah, Willock is a complete waste of a space now.

He’s fully checked out on us.

Multiple times the ball was right next to him with an opposition player and he didn’t chase it until the opposition player had passed him and was 5 yards away.

Doesn't happen often but Howe needs to give them a rocket at HT. We look miles off it this afternoon

It's disgraceful considering what we're fighting for.

We haven't been great but I'd say we've been the better team overall. They've basically had one chance and scored. That said it's the same old problem which is we aren't good at passing through a team and getting up the pitch unless it's on a quick counter, and Isak's always very isolated. Need him coming deeper at times and getting into the game more.

If Isak would come to the near post ever he'd probably also have got a goal from one of the times Murphy got to the byline.
