Why not ?

Because we only play 1 up top, I don't see that changing, and there's other areas of the squad (CM, DC) that need much more attention if Isak is indeed staying.

If we had a lot of squad depth in central midfield and defence, fair enough, but we're paper thin.

Sesko and Wissa is better than Isak and Wilson but that's because Wilson was missing.

I think we'd do amazing to come out the window with Sesko and Wissa.

Froggy will be pleased, anyway.  Loves the RasHo does wor Frogman.

Love Rasmus. Just had a poor season. Top attitude, top pro.

I'd rather give him another year than sign Sesko. If it doesn't work out we can just sign Isak next summer.

You’re the only team in the PL I’d accept Isak going to. He’d be absolutely shite.

That Slovenia team were poor and played a dog shit 11 men behind the ball game at the Euros. Wouldn't judge him on that alone.

There are only two million of em and it's a bit mountainous for football pitches.

Their two fittest lads are too busy riding bikes.

I think the plan is to have both in the squad next year then flog Isak to somewhere like Barcelona next year when Sesko is all bedded in. I guess all depends on how much room we have left to get the CB and CM additions we want and need.

I sincerely hope that's the plan. I would be disappointed if PIF allowed Isak to go to one of our rivals under any circumstances let alone one where they are putting in lowball offers.

I cant imagine Man Utd spent a month haggling on the Mbeumo fee, for 70m, only to shell out another 70 on Sesko.

I mean they could but they'd undoubtedly be hamstrung financially.

If the alternative is spending £60m on Watkins which is Amorin's preference, they might try to find a way. They did send out some Vivell character to try and talk Sesko into a move there, they want to do it somehow. Hopefully financial sense prevails and they pull the plug and leave the road clear for us.

If he's fixed his Toblerone feet and head you might be right

He's just turned 22 and has scored double figures for three years running.

30 a season by 25.
