Im not sure, the whole bubble the Sky6 have created from financial constraints to selling women's teams and training grounds to having the press in their pockets. Makes it impossible to catch them with owners that are content to follow these restrictions

The media thing isn't particularly relevant, it's just old men shouting into the void.

And again training ground selling women's teams are all loopholes we can exploit it we choose.

It's why I'm my original response I spoke about doing more, we can close the gap but it's going to require effort and investment from our owners which surpasses what they aren't currently doing and this is where the question mark is.

At what point does this embarrassment start affecting Howe and his players ?

Couple of weeks ago I reckon, maybe sooner- everyone telling themselves last few windows we couldn’t do anything but no excuses for this window and I reckon there will be a lot of sobering thoughts going around.

I don’t understand why we keep dragging these transfers on when we know they likely won’t go through. Surely we knew his preference was Man U from our first contact, we shouldn’t be putting bids in if the player hasn’t agreed to come.

It’s a good question. Once you get tarred with a reputation in football it’s very hard to shirk. City are cheaters, Arsenal are bottlers, Man U have a plastic fan base etc etc. All tropes with vary degrees of inaccuracy but still that’s how they are seen by a lot of people. The consequences for us being labelled as an unwanted destination for players is pretty fuckin bad like.

Is it stupid to think all these reports are just "Manchester United believe" and nothing from the actual Sesko camp? We all know these reporters shill for the cartel. I just want a decision for this fiasco today.

This has been a tumultuously draining and demoralising summer, we've been kegged in front of the world and the Saudis have been besmirched for all to see, quite the eye opener. The club needs to wake up as we're hurtling towards a difficult watch this season that could have ramifications beyond league finish. Questions will be asked by anyone with a modicum of self interest and ambition, players and indeed even Howe.

That Italian prick must have made a fortune this summer repeating his tweets 50 times a day mentioning the cartel.  Everyone laps up everything he says every time.

Doesn’t mean he’s wrong, if Sesko wanted us then the deal would have been done ages ago, we’ve been used to smoke Man U out and that’s blindingly obvious.

Either that or he’s overdriving the message from the cartel clubs to push agendas and turn heads etc. through all bits whenever it’s been “unsure” he’s spun it to sound pro them kind of thing without any real update or actual substance to his tweets. Like atm he’s posted constantly that “Man U believe” of course they going to believe it. Hes not once mentioned “Newcastle remain hopeful” etc as if he’s been fed by them to spin it every time.  Then people have RT and commented loads on each repeat he makes. Rolling the coin in from it.

This is it for me, there's a few at it, begrudgingly talking about us when it looks like we might be in charge of a situation, with a small footnote and then when the table turns they're incessantly posting about the cartel. Even when it was 50/50 we seemed to be a footnote to the main crux of the story.

I’m talking about actions not words - we had an offer accepted days ago and nothing, hasn’t even turned it down - just left it hanging until Man U get a bid accepted, even though we’ve shown we want him more and had more belief in him with putting up more money and coming back a few times where Man U seem to have rocked up with a yeah we’ll bid as well attitude it’s obvious how this plays out.

Since when does Romano Tweet the internal feeling within a club?

I've got so cynical with him. I'm starting to wonder if it's part of a concerted effort to get us to walk away, so Man United's bid will be sccepted.

Yes, I'll get my tin foil hat sorted.

You only have to watch that YouTube video that was posted a few days ago about how the pasta nonce runs his "empire" to realise there's no tin foil needed, he posts what he gets paid to post.

Worst thing to ever happen to football was that Super League proposal not going through.

Shame they didn’t just fuck off and leave the rest of us to it, and that goes for other countries across the continent as well.

You do realise the super league was replacing European competition they would have still been greeding it up in the PL with even more money.

They couldn't be kicked out because the generate too much money and interest.

Nobody wants to watch Sunderland Burnley.
