Not a chance the Premier League sign it off in time.

’Oh, I know you sent the details in at 9am, but Sheila in the office didn’t see it until she came back from her lunch break at 2pm.’

Let's just hope our fax machine is working.

12 mins to go.

What a boost it will be if he is in the squad tomorrow.

Listening to a German football expert today and he says he's not a No 9 but more of a 10. Very creative but definitely not an Isak replacement. Hopefully get Wissa and we'll be good.

Don't need an Isak replacement when we've still got Isak.

He wasn’t.

People like to revise Isak’s history a bit.

Isak was a genuine wonderkid.  He tore up the Swedish league and Eredivisie at a young age. Better than 1 in 2 record in both leagues as a teenager.

He struggled at Dortmund.  Was ok first season in La Liga, then went 1 in 2 for the second year then didn’t get the goals in his 3rd year.  He had 3-4 really solid seasons in men’s football (for his age) by the age of 22.

He was 20/21 when he scored 16 la liga goals. He was 19/20 when he scored 13 in 16 or something in the Eredivisie. You would hope that lad would go onto become a serious goalscorer in a top league.

From what I can see, the technical quality of his finishing is seriously high. Remains to be seen how he adapts to the league in terms of other aspects, given he will have less time and space, but his finishing looks excellent, a number of first time finishes, some quick feet in tight spaces and some absolute belters in top bins

Yeh if anything I would want to see more tap ins [emoji38]

This was my thing with Son. He was such a great finisher, he was rarely there for tap ins.  When he lost his pace the goals dried up.

Nithing to do with Wor Wolte though.
