Watching that first half back we should have had the game wrapped up before half time. Plenty of chance. The goals will start flowing soon.

yellow and freekick for me. but a red wouldnt have shocked me.

They did early on but we had chances after 1-0 to pretty much finish the game.

I think that's the problem - scores the occasional goal (usually against us) but he doesn't do anything else. They also think he's cowardly and doesn't show for the ball

He had a couple of moments yesterday to be fair, put an excellent ball across that Schar had to cut out from being a certain goal

It's clearly last man, and the defender forearms Barnes in the face. The ball may then skim the defender's head, its hard to tell from either angle in the highlights, but such contact with the ball would definitely be after the forearm to the face. Initial contact looks outside the box but may continue into it. 

 

Looks a clear red to me. The top comment on the video calling it an MMA move has hundreds of likes.

 

Getting an opponent send off would also absolve Harvey of the "did nothing in the game" accusations. Great ball by BDB too.

Can’t believe that Mosquito nonce had the nerve to berate Barnes on the floor after sending a forearm into his face. Will be wishing a career ending injury upon the creep until the end of time.

It was definitely a red, he makes a deliberate move across Barnes as well.

The same Mosquito that spent 20 minutes of the game rolling around on the floor clutching his face like he'd been shot every time one of our players breathed near him. Pretty sure there was an incident in the penalty area where one of our players made a high kick to reach the ball nowhere near his face and for a split second he held his face before realising how farcical it was and continued to play on, incessant cheat.

It's mad how much is allowed to go on at corners, something has to be done about it. 

 

Makes me think a bit about a rugby line-out where the defending team can only have the same amount of players in the line as the attacking team puts in. 

 

Players stop being dirty twats and children would also help.

VAR can only give a red or a pen, so if it’s a yellow and a free-kick, they can’t do owt.

I’ve never understood why a blind eye is turned to it - I’d be giving penalties left right and centre.  Guarantee that shite would stop quickly if the referees grew some bollocks and did that.
