For the 15 mins before kick off take the needle off the records and let the fans build the atmosphere, drop Local Hero at a decent but not ear splitting volume just as the teams come out, job done. The constant quest to be fake and whacky and the change for changes sake. There’s just no fucking need man. It’s 22 gadgies hoofing a ball about, not a stupid fucking cringe wedding disco.
