Sure I read that it was rest or injection for his back, lets sharpen those needles! Wissa can't do more than a half I would have thought, but I've always been of the view that starting a game with a proper warm up is better than being thrown on after 60 mins and a quick jog down the touchline. This relies on us going for the jugular so that we can safely bring a good number of players off nice and early, and it is complete fantasy land! At least Thiaw is fully fit. Tino came back after a long lay off and hasn’t had a rest for ages. It’s massively high risk injury management imho. Could say similar for Lewis Hall.
