Possibly one on the Gallowgate roof like the one at the SOS? As someone else mentioned I have no idea what they do for the people at the back of the Gallowgate. Think I said this back when Ambramovic was forced to sell Chelsea, but it doesn't take much geopolitical instability to affect things massively at ground level. Spending £1.5bn on a capital project in the poorest region in England may not meet the investment threshold or risk/reward metrics for PIF. They'll have loads of different investments all competing from a limited fund or pool of money. They may have other better opportunities to invest in. Saw a little snippet the other day about this saying the purchase of the land is in the process of going through. No idea if it's just someone trying to put 2+2 together or it's actually happening.
