It's completely avoidable only by binning something that just like with a lot of other things in football that include risk (and I know you won't agree) has huge upsides for a downside that has a tiny amount of risk. I'm really not framing it as you're entire argument, I know you have loads of reasons you don't like VAR and I share some of them with you. Here you're saying this is another thing to throw on the pile of reasons to get rid of VAR, I'm just saying that this one thing has a really weak argument supporting it that highlights a bias more than anything else.

Dan Ballard played a blinder for us in the cup tie. He was directly responsbile for 2 of our goals. I think I'd leave at that though.
-
Daft that votes open before the season ends. Espirito-Santo is the obvious choice should Forest qualify for the CL - thought Slot will probably win
-
Yeh Slot deserves it. After Slot, it's a toss up between Nuno and Eddie. Probably Nuno. Most had Forest finishing bottom half. Hard to predict with so much to be decided. If we finish 2nd, it's Eddie for me.
-
'Mags at Work' are back Apparently all saying we should sign Dan Ballard
-
I feel like a title winning manager is always going to win it; esp first season for Slot - but the job Howe and Nuno have done has been fucking remarkable like.

Four shades of blue, Nike? Four? That's insane.

Hey, remember those Arsenal, Liverpool, and Spurs away matches? We totally countered from a low block then, Longstaff was a beast! Saying we *never* played a low-block counter-attacking style that season is just false. I can think of at least ten games where we did, and the stats back me up. In games where we didn't have the ball, he was amazing, but against teams like Leeds, where we *did*, he was a real problem. That's why I said he'd be killer on a counter-attacking team. Look at Longstaff's good games for us. We usually didn't have the ball and we countered.

Nominated for manager of the season! What is the criteria for this? Does it include European competitions? Does it include domestic ones? I think Emery should be in with a shout if they make CL and it does factor European comps Can see Slot getting it as it everyone thought top 4 would be good for them + the Liverpool love in

Shocked at Southgate's answer.

Alexander Isak - Nominated for Player of the Season

Wissa has 18 non-penalty goals. That's more than Mbeumo & Wood. And only 1 behind Salah, Isak & Haaland. He's gone under the radar for kudus. Salah has scored 9 penalties I'm of the belief the top scorer award should not include penalties. IIRC in several seasons Mane scored more open play goals than Salah (I may have madeup this stat but there's some truth to it). But for much of their time together it was seen as Salah was a level above. Senegal beating Egypt on penalties to win AFCON & qualify for the WC is justice for that I guess. -

Nice to see Arsenal going full badge on the kit, but it’s just an outline in white, which is particularly weird to me.
-
He was being targeted in that Chelsea game, proper joke if they’ve successfully injured him.

You got a link? -
Waiting for Arteta’s excuses if they get beaten in it.

I’m sure all the hype and transfer fee around Enzo would have also gotten to Bruno as well.

Milenkovic as well. It's that CB partnership + Wood. Would have Cunha and Gabriel before Declan Rice for PL performances. Agree with Gravenberch pick -
Murph for me like.
-
Get them up for the inevitable fisting we'll give them IMO
-
@Shadow Puppets save us from this.
-
Surprised MGW is in there tbh, good player though he is. If I was picking the best or at least most influential Forest player it would be Murillo.

Will have missed 61 games for us by the end of the season, 28 were due to the ACL but thats still alot of games missed outside of the ACL
