From all the players we had solid links to in the last year: Huijsen - Went to Real, can't begrudge anyone that Cunha - Cost a fortune and Man Utd are paying him a fuck load Mbeumo - Cost a fortune and Man Utd are going to pay him a fuck load Guehi - Palace demanded far more than what he's worth and player happy to stay, now likely headed to Liverpool, again, can't begrudge that move Pedro - Chelsea are paying him more and for longer, terrible footballing move but he's financially squared away for generations now I'm sure there's other examples that I'm missing but the common theme is that we seem to be fishing in the same pond as our competitors except they have a much better fishing rod and tastier bait.
