Hes not saying Pedro is a bad player or not quality.
-
Karen Carney could do with a few more Yorkshire puddings on her Sunday Dinna.
-
He has the ability to bring the ball into the box via various methods, from crossing, cutting in on the inside, and also running it in. His work rate off the ball is exceptional, constantly pressing high up the pitch and tracking back when required. At the price he’s going for, I honestly think he’s a better option than going for Mbeumo or Elanga.
-
He’s the perfect hybrid player - someone we don’t have at the club Him and Elanga would be outstanding purchases under Howe - that group of forwards will be unreal
-
People probably forget that Cunha had his best ever season this past one - took him awhile to get to these levels.
-
Exactly this. Chelsea game you mentioned was a perfect example. Plenty more as well, think about some of our poor second half performances. They don’t happen if we are more comfortable in possession imo.
-
Wasn't it 80 million and it was in the winter?
-
No need to be arsey really. I was just responding to what others were saying about how Chelsea and other big teams get to take the piss out of PSR. The evidence is there that PSR isn’t designed to do what they say, evidence which many of us can see.
-
Do Arsenal have to sign someone from Chelsea every summer?
-
Yep as f it makes Elanga better
-
I’m not gonna explain anything to you Stiff. You’re the expert in this and most other areas. I assumed that was the case, that’s why I asked you.
-
Is he a really small 18 year old or something? It doesn't seem that young, would it not be worthwhile giving him a squad place and letting him loose in some cup games for us?
-
We are crying out for someone like him imo.
-
yes, buying 2 and selling Gordon (most likely) doesn't move us forward. I would say Pedro is not good enough to be #9 after Isak leaves either.
-
Now explain why Man Utd’s debt to cover their owners buying them has increased since their takeover, not decreased.
-
My Duolingo paying off. Wolves want Gerard Martin!
-
He's stealing a spot from literally any other CM.
-
El Wolverhampton has tickled me
-
that's a huge cash lose to Chelsea will take, that won't impact them at all...
-
Well they can afford to pay the cost for that debt can’t they?
-
I"m assuming most on here watched the CL final. That was a masterclass in passing football but done to a purpose. PSG were great at retaining the ball at the back and evading the press, then launching devastating counter attacks. They also had players with enough craft and ability to hold the ball when trying to break down a packed defence. That's what we should be aiming for, not tiki taki football for the sake of it.
