Not worth being good IMO. Give me midtable irrelevance and a stress-free existence.

Fucking sick of us having to wait until Sunday after everyone else has played for our game.
-
We’ve all done it a on a Sunday afternoon - though I admit that my run arounds at RB for the likes of Stocksfield may not be totally comparable to playing RB in the PL

He did indeed not sure he’d make today mind, though that man was a sublime talent

Spot on, Chelsea or Villa drawing on the final day is definitely possible. -
Roflham Lolspurs - "It's Just Who We Are Mate"
Geordie_once_removed replied to Willow's topic in Football
I'm kind of amazed he's lasted this long. I predicted his sacking since the 4 nil humping last year where I first saw the slumped hangdog "What do I do now mate?!?" body language that has been virtually an ever present this season. I think the injuries in the first half of the season have saved him as they masked his failings and by the time they cleared up it was unquestionable he was the problem it was that time of the season where it was really hard to get someone better. Levy gets a lot of hate from Spurs fans but I don't see him doing a Moyes-esq manager replacement where partially mitigate the current issue but essentially extend the real problem by 18 months. Anyway it really fucks me off that one of Spurs or Man U will be in the Champions League next year while one or more of us, Villa and Forest will miss out (if Man City and Chelsea miss out I'll be totally fine with that). -
Tbf Paul McGrath managed it 😉

Putting himself in the window there then 🤡

Yes getting ahead in the first half will be key as it will force them out more and probably lead to a more routine win. The idea of us encamped in their half/edge of the box searching for a winner the whole second half 😫 -
Waking up marinated in your pit with your fury tongue stuck to the roof of your mouth, brass band playing in your head. I know what’ll sort me out, running about in the searing heat heading a lump of leather said no man ever!

As one of the forum’s resident alcoholics, 24/7 drinking had me hanging out in bed watching Netflix while off my face. Putting on pants was hard work let alone leaving the house for going farther than the liquor store. Playing in the PL at an elite level while doing that would be impressive tbh

I can’t see Postecoglou lasting there. He’s got no idea how to organise a defence, seemingly no plan B and is just a grump thesedays with any journalist and any questions which are even mildly critical. He’s become a bore too.
-
Then that would make far more sense Ignore me its early

Everton is at home.

I actually think Villa as well as Chelsea could drop points on the final day of the season but we just need to get our own house in order and get it sorted. Beating Arsenal is the dream scenario but while Everton is definitely tricky we’ll put them away at home. Obviously the longer it goes on and we aren't winning the more nervy it’ll get. -

Ah kna. Thought it must be a woosh 😂 -
aye let's play them both away just to make it a little more difficult
-
Have no idea how the bookies are so confident, Arsenal and Everton away aren't easy fixtures like

Are magpies usually blue? Or is that just a nod to the average temperature in the north east?
