Quite like the current badge but it is a little 'busy' for want of a better word. Can totally understand why they would want to either simplify it or change it completely, it's just natural progress over time, things and trends drift in and out. Maybe some people just hate the idea of progressing/moving on/hating change? I'm not one of them but some people are obviously thinking differently

Thing that pissed me off the last time is the shirt didn’t change, so I had the old one with the ‘NUFC’ stylised badge on and the next season the same shirts bore the new crest. I can’t remember anyone complaining although it was obvious the new badge was a homage to the old city crest. There certainly wasn’t any ‘fan consultation’ that’s for sure.

Can’t recall there being much of a kick off when it changed previously… Bottom line is they’re wanting to change for a reason and if it makes commercial sense they’ll do it… sentiment doesn’t come into play now especially for a badge that’s been changed previously… I’m more concerned about keeping a city centre stadium, building on carabao cup success, securing champions league football and continuing to progress on all fronts…. And this is what we’re looking at after countless years of shite bar a few in the 90’s… Nobody is not going to buy a new top or throw their season ticket in because of it… life is good….
