Another interesting fact, it we beat Chelsea and Villa get a draw to bournemouth away this weekend, that would mean we just need 1 more point from our last two games to secure cl. I don't think we will win mind but still here's hoping. -
Liverpool Man City Arsenal Newcastle Chelsea Forest That's how I think this ends up, would love for us to get top 3, but have a feeling 4th will be it.

We'd need maximum points either way is the point still 9 then -
Hopefully people don’t go to the game dressed as dinosaurs and actually get behind the team.

Very much my feeling. Feels like a change, a freshness is needed to galvanise for this. -
That's the thing, if we beat Chelsea were 3 ahead of them and at least 2 above Forest with two games left and one or both of them are guaranteed to drop points in the last game. Also Villa are away to Bournemouth this weekend, they can't catch us if they lose that and we beat Chelsea. This game is huge at the weekend.

There’s gonna be a problem getting 9 out 9 if Chelsea win all their games…
-
6 points from 9 to finish above Chelsea if one of the win is against them (GD dependent)

I’ve come up with a scenario where we beat Chelsea, draw at Arsenal and the rest win all of their games (besides Chelsea obviously), with the table looking like this going into the last game; Newcastle - 67 Forest - 67 Chelsea - 66 Villa - 66 It’s good for us that Forest and Chelsea are playing each other last game and it means one of them is guaranteed to drop points, they’ll also be both desperate not to lose. Let’s say we beat Everton and Forest beat Chelsea. We finish 4th, ahead of Forest on GD. -
Whilst Forest will probably twat Leicester, it is a bit of a local derby, may give Leicester some motivation not to play like Jarra Blind School.
-
I’ll probably regret getting involved in this, but I’m guessing also 5…

If each were to win all their games (for arguements sake, realise Forest play Chelsea), we require 7 points from 9 to finish above Forest, 5 if they draw with Chelsea, 4 if they lose 5 points from 9 to finish above Villa 9 points out of 9 to finish above Chelsea, 7 if they draw with Forest, 6 if they lose -

I've got a bad feeling about the Chelsea game, probably means nothing but you do get a general feel for some games. It feels like they're coming into good form with Lavia back. I think bringing Botman and Gordon back in is important. -
They haven’t been beaten by more than one goal in 13 games. Ran us close, ran Liverpool very close at Anfield and got points against Villa, Everton, Tottenham and Bournemouth and beat Arsenal when they were still fighting for the league. I wouldn’t underestimate them when you consider the pressure and form Forest are under/in
-
What's the scale of them beating us out of interest?
-
If we beat Chelsea, we'll probably do it. But that's the problem - this assumption that we're beating Chelsea? On a scale of 1 to 10, I'll probably say 5 right now.

If we win our two home games then it guarantees us top 5 unless Villa or Forest end up on the same points as us and manage to overcome the huge difference in goal difference. -
We’re not spending £50m+ on a midfielder this summer like (assuming none of the main three leave).

Keeping Forest, Villa and Chelsea below still will do for this weekend. If we win against Chelsea and Villa drop some points at Bournemouth, I'd be feeling it's done given the final day Forest Chelsea game. Big if! -
Decent enough result for us with Forest failing to win and possibly losing Murillo for the rest of the run in.
