Where is that from? https://www.vi.nl/nieuws/stam-bedankte-voor-klus-bij-newcastle-united Newcastle have been quick to respond though (for once) https://www.chroniclelive.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/newcastle-united-refute-claims-approached-17125279

I tend to agree - and with this type of takeover the only way these people make money is for us to improve and be considerably better than we are now. That is of course no guarantee but it’s more ambitious than trying to finish 17th every season as cheaply as possible. I believe if you can remove Sports Direct you can easily increase commercial revenue in the club. If you do this even without investment from new owners the club can meet the demands good managers require for players, training facilities etc without too many problems. That's all I want. If they make a few quid at the end fair enough. I'd happily bring back the Sir John Hall, Freddy Shepherd era where they were taking money from the club whilst still seeing investment and progression in the club. End of the day if the club can push towards success rather than settling as we are now, a share offering will bring them their money back in no time.

Pretty sure it said Jurgen? No, its BEERMUNCH. It's advertising this https://www.mccainfoodservice.co.uk/beermunch/ they've been flying them over a few stadiums saying different things trying to get folks to mention it on social media. I don't think it's had the effect they expected haha

Only in modern times. I have a late 80s early 90s scarf which also has Haway on it.

Sorted now. Thanks HUGZ

It's known about, just got to get time to take a proper look at it. Of course if there is some whiz who knows the fix quickly........

45k will still look fairly full unfortunately

I've only see this mentioned once and I'm a little surprised. Basically the Sports Direct tax problems with Belgium is tax evasion, the same which forced the sale of Leeds https://www.itv.com/news/calendar/2014-09-11/cellino-could-be-forced-to-sell-stake-in-leeds-united/ Surely this is something that AO or whichever group should be pushing hard towards. Asking questions of the PL or national press to get it in there that he may have to sell the club. There was questions already whether Ashley could pass a fit and proper persons test now already, this surely pushes him over the the fact he wouldn't. I don't know any of this for certain it just seems like an opportunity is being missed.

They have ? They've still got links to all the season ticket renewal pages and giving information on future tickets. I don't see any mention of them not renewing ?
-
You'll get one, seems they have to send by hand so they are doing them in blocks as they've had such an increase in numbers.

Can't decide if I'd prefer 50k for the first game of the season on Sky giving abuse the type that West Ham did or an empty stadium. Or maybe I've just totally given in on the club now and couldn't care less either way. All of Rafa's requests were for the benefit of the club and moving it forward yet they chose not to. Says it all. Ah fuck it.

It does ? Where is that from ?

Ta very much. Train it is then.

I have no idea where those stations are. I’m assuming Hebburn is past Heworth therefore off?
-
It’s given me positivity. I really am wondering if he’ll walk out with a mic and tell the fans he’s signed tonight after the game. Mustn’t get my hopes up though, I’m a Newcastle fan and we aren’t allowed nice things.
-
Ok, the nexus website is shit, just like their service. Is the metro running from Heworth to Monument today or shut like the last time their was a match on?
-
Don't forget, he won't be able to spend money the club doesn't have yet. Believe it comes after the transfer window. That'll mean £11m in the summer, then £25m available by January window. The rest comes after the January window ready for next summer.

HTT[/member] you deal with vans don't you? Is this something you could help with in some way? -
What's the current list of absolute scrap heap knackers looking like these days? Sam Allardyce David Moyes Tony Pulis (soon) Mark Hughes Alan Pardew Gary Rowett Gus Poyet Darren Moore Tim Sherwood if we're quick. I forgot about the managerial heavy weight of Tim Sherwood. Updated with an addition of my own: Sam Allardyce David Moyes Tony Pulis (soon) Mark Hughes Alan Pardew Gary Rowett Gus Poyet Darren Moore Tim Sherwood Dennis Wise Paul Lambert (probably available soon too) John Carver was at the game at the weekend......

7 nah the Barclays money was just because we didn't get the next round of TV money till after the transfer window. It will have been short term. -
Sounds legit From the icnewcatle hence the shocking copy and paste job

I don't think he has any actual interest in leaving and starting a project all over again. It's whether he can get what he needs to not be fighting for relegation each season and to create his grand plan to push us much higher up the table. If he can't, he has nothing to prove, so he'll leave.

Love how fat Sam was linked to their club and they couldn't get the information about signing another manager out quick enough.
