Refuse to believe it. No one would be that stupid.

At what point does personal pride come into it though? Surely he knows himself that he's out of his depth to such an extent that his own fans ridicule him. At what point does he think "I'm getting rinsed every fucking week here, I'm showing myself up. I'll just look for another club a division lower." I can understand the ego thing of wanting to stay in the PL. I can understand wanting to milk the opportunity for all its worth but come on, he's got to look himself in the mirror and his own pride needs to tell him to move on.

Keogh looks as bad as Williamson. I can't think of a worse endorsement. We'd get a better CH if we scouted the Northern League.

Shouldn't have to come to this. It shouldn't need someone to come in and sign him to stop him from appearing, his performances have been fucking dreadful for years and he's still getting a game. I've stopped asking the question "just how badly does he need to play to get dropped for good?" as he continues to plumb new depths and still gets his shirt. I'd even go as far as saying him starting negates all the positives that come from signing Wijnaldum and Mitrovic, he's that bad. He needs to be dropped permanently and never called upon again. If someone is daft enough to take him then so be it but his performances justify the decision to never pick him ever again. If McClaren can't see this and still picks him then we may as well give up, it's pointless.

Straight from the official Palace twitter account. There's some other Pards comments too there. Vile man. No man, avoiding responsibility for anything that goes wrong. It's never him or his fault.

Obviously he's being cagey as I distinctly recall Ashley saying we were going to make our own luck from now on. I for one fully expect them to deliver more high quality signings as they never tell lies, mislead fans or create unrealistic expectations in the fanbase. #buythefuckingcart

"Told you not to go for the grey Steve, you can see your skid marks through your trousers"

Fuck him. He's been on the slide for a few years now and isn't going to get any better. We've shipped 190 league goals over the last 3 seasons and I'd wager he's been on the park for the vast majority of them, obviously he's not been at fault for them all, that's ridiculous but he's been at the heart of a very disorganised and porous back 4. As long as he's replaced then I won't lose a single second'd sleep over him, he was excellent 4 seasons ago but he's now a liability.

When he's playing well he can be a massive handful to almost any side. His stamina is tremendous and he's capable of carrying the ball at speed and committing defenders. Drop him into a good team and I think he'd shine. Stood out like a peanut in a pile of shit at times over the last year or 2.

Wouldn't be at all surprised to see Colback move to LB to shoehorn others into CM. Colback will start every game though, of that I'm almost certain.

If it strengthens the NUFC team in the short-term then I'm for it. I'd rather not be in a the position of having to loan players because we're too tight to actually buy them but loaning, say, Zouma for a season would benefit everyone imo.

Good point.

Like and Share if u think this is a dizgrase.

His boyhood hero is Bilic. Just saying...

Currently in pre-season and we've got 7 players out with an injury. Absurd.
-
Given the fact we've shipped 190 goals in the league alone strengthening the back 4 should be the main priority imo. We're horrific back there, individual errors, lack of leadership and organisation and a crippling lack of protection in most games. No idea if this lad's in the pipeline or even close but we need some bodies in there as the current mob have failed, collectively, for years now, it's not even up for debate any longer.

He was a decent CB when he was younger and interested. I'd wager he's now got his feet up now the ink is dry on his last big contract. Absolute madness to offer a 4 year deal to a 29 year old bloke who's played 29 games in the last 3 seasons. He might be reasonably motivated for a year but once they change managers again he'll get a sicknote and milk it imo.

Don't feel the need to be updated by the manager on a regular basis. Presumably this is their attempt to improve the communication with fans and I'm sure some will appreciate it. I'd much prefer the spineless wankers to front up and answer real questions and provide a bit of leadership and direction from the top. Bland, inane blurb from the only one who hasn't demonstrated himself to be an absolute cunt isn't quite the same. Meh.

Refuse to believe that McClaren has had a good look at him in training and matches and come to the conclusion he's anything approaching adequate. He's got his faults and he's made mistakes in his coaching career but he's got to see that Williamson is just rank. No ability whatsoever and totally devoid of any talent. If Williamson is still getting a game this season then McClaren wants shooting.

Sure they just stockpiled and offload players as and when they need to in order to meet the flimsy FFP regulations when UEFA can be arsed to impose them. It's all part of the game and it's all stacked in favour of the wealthiest.
