    Alexander Isak

His performance on Wednesday night will decide if Howe got this right or wrong today
  2. Agreed and I don't blame him in the slightest. He made it perfectly clear he was going to chew up as much time as possible from the first whistle and the spineless cunt allowed hi and the rest of the team to do it all afternoon. It's not their fault, an early yellow would probably have stopped it but he didn't show it so they continued to do it. They played him like a fiddle and I've got no problem with them at all.
  3. Was just about to mention this actually. We all want European football but there would be some advantages to finishing 8th and trying to break into the top 4 without the extra games. Bouncing from 11th to 4th a year ago was staggering but one of the main reasons we did so was because we put most of our attention on the League games and it paid off massively. I'm not trying to find the silver lining here, I still want Europe for lots of reasons, I'm just not going to be devastated with 8th and a strong squad to attack the League with next season. There are pro's and con's to 6th, 7th and 8th tbh
  4. He's been relying on his squad fillers for months now and that's always a risky business. They're not starters in the first XI for very good reasons but having 5 or 6 in there every week AND getting good results isn't sustainable and I think we saw that today. It was a substandard performance but the team was full of substandard (relatively speaking) players. If we'd been able to start Pope, Trippier, Botman, Schar, Tino, Joelinton, Bruno, Tonali, Gordon, Barnes, Isak today then we'd have won by a couple. But having to switch out 7 of them and slot in the likes of Longstaff, Krafth etc makes things really fucking difficult like. I think he could have changed it up a bit earlier and tweaked a few things but it's not always going to go our way at times. They dug in and made it difficult and we didn't do enough and that happens. Not going to flip out tonight about things, it's not the end of the world
  5. If Brighton play like they did today then I can't see either Man U or Chelsea beating them at home. They seem to be a bit streaky and know exactly how to see a game out. Was really frustrating to watch the last 20 minutes today but credit to them for hanging on for a tough away point. We did it loads last season and you can't really complain when you get some of your own medicine, they're a very able team
  6. What the fuck is wrong with him now? Beyond frustrating, he just can not stay fit
  7. Very savvy this lot. They know exactly when to break the game up and slow the tempo right down when they to. Good in possession and can play their way out of trouble too
  8. CFS10 for an extra 10% off too
  9. Northumbria colours would be class - something completely different and new Also is there any reason why they can't keep the 'Saudi' green but change it to yellow rather than white? I know it's a nod to the Saudi flag but could they incorporate a little tradition into it at the same time? We had some cracking green/yellow kits in the late 80s/early 90s
  10. Riddled with laziness - on and off the field. Time for them to put in the hours they get paid for, the workshy, sweat-dodging cunts. Time to put some shoulders to the wheel and start making the bosses richer
  11. Odds on him being rushed back because the performances have been utterly fucking hideous for months and the manager couldn't give a fuck about anything other than saving his own skin at the expense of everything else, including the health of his own key players?

    St James' Park

I demand renderings. I need to see this shit tbh
  13. Real are so passive here, not sure what they're up to. Bayern just popping it about between them and looking comfortable
  14. I'm about 6ft and maybe 34 waist, got the XL and they're a little bigger than I thought. I should have gone L but happy enough
  15. Got the hoodie, sweatshirt, training T (for the bairn), shorts and tracky bottoms and they're all lush. Total cost was about £80? Can't be robbed
  16. Got nearly everything for a quarter of what it should have been but everything looks and feels pretty good to me
  17. Ordered loads of the blackout gear (cheers for the codes gentlemen) and I'm pleasantly surprised by the quality of the Castore gear. Think I was expecting it to be a bit shit given their reputation but I'm happy with all of it tbh, good stuff
  18. Absolutely nobody could have predicted this would happen
  19. Get in BVB, good stuff. Completely deserved, chuffed for them
  20. PSG players just starting to lose their shit. Excellent
  21. Problem they have is how much do they back the bald fraud with in the window? I wouldn't be letting him spend much at all given how he's got this team playing atm. Not even sure he deserves another season given how appalling a lot of the performances have been, ultimately he's responsible for results and they've been shocking. Very real chance they finish 8th and that's as low as I've known them to finish for decades. Better off saving the warchest for the next cretin who replaces him in June/November
  22. ten Hag is completely finished there. Just watching his interview now and he's just chatting utter shit, I know English isn't his first language but he looks and sounds fucking clueless. It's the exact interview managers give about a month before they get sacked. He's 100% done
  23. Honestly think we can win all 3 games left, I'd back us against almost anyone at home and Man U & Brentford aren't anything to be scared of. Not saying we'll win all 3 but I'm pretty confident we'll get 7 at least
  24. Christ FINALLY regressing to the mean. They've been winging it all season but finally they're getting the results their performances deserve. They're muck
