Gut reaction is that if they sent him back out for the second half to try to run if off then it's not that bad. Bad sprain/twist maybe but if it was serious then they would have subbed him at HT.

Let the kneejerk injury sweepstakes begin.... Metatarsal. 3 months.
-
No reason for Terry to drop back 4 yards deeper than anyone else. Both of them switched off. Poor stuff.
-
Any of wor lot playing? Just seen the Cabaye thread. nnnggghh.
-
Still find it hard to give a shit what happens to him tbh. It all equals out eventually.

Bet the cunt could get into a locked Ford Focus within a minute though.

Absolutely delighted with the start we've made and I must admit I'm a bit surprised too. We've played really well in patches and the injection of a few pacey players has meant we've now got a Plan B and can play on the break, although I don't like it when we sit back and try to soak it up away from home. 15 points from 21 is superb no matter how you get them and Pardew deserves a lot of praise for beating the dross. The bigger tests are still to come and we need to avoid injuries in key positions as the cover we have simply is not adequate. That must be addressed in January with a couple of players being brought in to add a bit of depth. No reason whatsoever why we shouldn't aim for 60 points as others have mentioned and if we can continue to beat the dross then we'll finish 7th. There will be ups and downs from now til May but we need to just keep on winning the winnable games and we'll not drop out of the top 10.

£190 season tickets for U18's. Tenner a game and it keeps the young fans interested.

Just a quick point regarding this 'tough start' that Bruce is whinging about. Using last season's league ladder placings: Chelsea 2 Liverpool 6 WBA 11 Us 12 Stoke 13 Norwich 22 Swansea 23 Total = 89 placings. 4 at home and 3 away. Points gained = 6. Our supposedly 'easy' start using the same criteria: Arsenal 4 Fulham 8 Villa 9 Sunderland 10 Blackburn 15 Wolves 17 QPR 21 Total = 84 placings. 3 at home and 4 away. Points gained 15. Not exactly fool-proof but if he thinks he's hard done because of the nasty fixture computer then it's fucking spin. He's had an easier start, on paper, than us yet has still managed to fuck things up big time. He's a conman who's twisting things to keep his job.

That good? Not seen much of him at all tbh.

You're one of the better mag posters on there like, at least you add something and not just on the wind-up like at least 3 other posters from this forum. I normally am tbf. Compared to Sewelly, Sima and Alexthegreat you're a half decent poster. You are Masterclass on there aren't you? No. You are close though. Fair play. I have edited it like.

It is a huge forum like. Which makes it all the more surprising that here's only 9 mods??

Tevez was happy enough to sign his contract and now he's painted himself into a corner. He's made his bed and he can fucking lie in it.
-
His lawyers would surely just advise him to say he didn't feel well/fit etc Back injury. Did it picking up his wallet, the immense cunt.
-
Surely it's a breach of contract? Rip his £200k a week contract up and throw it in his face.
-
Am I right in thinking that this is Sunderland's only TV game til they announce more after Xmas?
-
Relegation wasn't a 'good thing' but 'good things' did come out of it, if that makes sense. It wiped the clock back to 0000 and allowed us to rebuild and move forward.
-
Sure Sheff Utd had something similar in the early 90's. Rank.
-
Leaner, meaner and proving the doubters wrong - Mike Ashley's Newcastle United have done it his way Shove it up your arse and fuck off while you're doing it.
-
Maybe he wants to discuss Newcastle on here and Sunderland on there?
-
Is it more active than in here, if so maybe they are a bigger club. It's basically the only Sunderland forum out there. If you're a Sunderland fan then you're on the smb.

The SMB's great. To be totally honest the vast majority of these threads that get linked on here have been started by one of the idiots. Once some of the more sensible lads on there read it they're usually shot to pieces by their own for being so fucking stupid. Like most forums there are some complete wankers and some canny blokes, but rtg's size goes against it. It's a huge forum with 1200+ on a lot of the time and if only 10% are retards with the ability to create threads......
