are you after wingers as in wide in a middle 4 ? I'd much rather a forward whose comfortable pulling wide as opposed to a winger as part of last seasons problem was cisse being isolated in the box and playing ben arfa in a middle 4 is a waste of his talent. unlesss you're thinking of a 4-2-3-1 which with "wingers is basically a 4-4-1-1. all IMO of course.

why not have all 3 of anita,cabaye and sissoko all defending, picking the ball up off the defence and using space to further the play and getting forward if and when they can, reading off each other when they have the chance to go and when to stay ? 1 attacking, 1 defensive and 1 doing a bit of both stinks of a computer game type set up.

I look at our players and think we need one player (forward to play around cisse) to have a very good team and a decent bench with everyone fit (if a bit short after that). last season we were massively disjointed ,pardews fault till ba left, then with remy falling through and aubameyang bid turned down it left us that position short and trying things to cover it that didn't work.
