"Newcastle brought it on themselves, they shouldn't have gotten rid of Pardew" We didn't get rid of Pardew you thick cunts, that's why we're in this mess. What the club got wrong was NOT sacking Pardew. If they'd looked at his sub-relegation form, listened to the fans and sacked him, got rid on our terms, then we would have been ready to get a replacement. Instead, we just let him keep going until even he had enough of getting up humped 4-0 every week and bailed. To which the club went "Uh, hmm, urrr, didn't expect this, does this mean we need to look for a new manager? Nah, probably not. Let's just replace our 1/10 manager with a 0/10 not even a manager, good job we're already safe or we'd actually have to do our job."

I might be more inclined to believe that if he ever made that kind of last ditch challenge elsewhere on the pitch at a crucial part of the game.
-
Does he not just see it as networking, keeping his finger on his business and doing his job rather than watching the match for entertainment? Like I'm sure he goes to business functions, visits SD stores and the like that he considers business, not pleasure.

Hartlepool be jammy

Carver needs drowning in a bucket, it's the kindest thing to do for all concerned.

Anyone see that horror on SSN just now?

I have no excuses, but I absolve myself of all blame.

Did Williamson actually get himself sent off deliberately? No need to make the tackle, knew exactly what he was doing, knew he was on a yellow. Just had enough and wanted to go have a bath I guess.
-
Coward's tackle, no chance of getting the ball, just lashing out in frustration at being slow and shite. Horrible cunt.
-
Leicester fans singing "Get out of their club". Nice of them, but then it's pretty easy to be magnanimous in victory against us.

I wonder how much exposure Sports Direct billboards get in the Championship

OPINION: If I was two foot taller and aged backwards, there's still a chance I could play for the Chicago Bulls. Why even write this kind of shit? Imagine being a tree and being chopped down for some daft cunt to print this on you.

So glad I slept through this one.

Oil of Carver. This farmer loves Carver, get him!

Literally, who do they think they're kidding? Is there a single person anyone's seen in any form of communications, anywhere, who has reacted positively to this statement? Have to say though, delighted by how rattled they are by this. Some chants or banners referencing the claims made in the doc, especially at games live on Sky, being seen by the foreign fans that Ashley thinks he's courting with his ads, would send them pure raging I imagine.
-
I'd be willing to bet the statement today contains no more information than last night's, they'll just be currently trying to up the word count and increase the font size. It'll just say the programme was inaccurate, but it won't actually deny any specific allegations. No, wait, they'll strenuously deny something that wasn't even said on the show.

Not ready for the premier league? Guess what guys - good news!

Thankfully it looks like cheap shop front stuff that will jimmy off easily. The next owners should charge people a tenner to help to boost the transfer kitty.

The related links on their Facebook post are a crease "Photos of Sir Bobby thrown in skip" "The club that lost its soul", on and on and on, might as well have "Exclusive: Mike Ashley thick cunt" appended to everything they post.

Sustained kicking off about the team, weeks of silence, criticise Sports Direct URGENT MIDNIGHT CLUB STATEMENT

Was it not on here ages ago where someone booted off because they got the free mug, which obviously wouldn't fit through the letterbox, meaning they had to go and pick the parcel up even though what they'd ordered would've fitted? Think that was me My lass ordered some fucking gloves. Mug was cracked by the time she got it anyway.

I think some of the stuff about zero hours contracts, shoddy working conditions etc he doesn't mind about. It's basically publicising it as "This shop is absolutely fucking dirt cheap because they're a bunch of scummy bastards" which people may cluck their tongue at, but when it comes to needing a pair of new shorts people will go "Fuck it, I'll go to Sports Direct, I know it will be cheaper than everywhere else because they're so dodgy." This stuff about the scamming in terms of shutting down a store and claiming there's massive discounts due to that, then opening next door with exactly the same prices as were in the closing down sale, that might make people reassess that assumption.
