Get a dead-cat bounce under Giggs and win all their remaining games, have the fans start getting starry-eyed about a club legend guiding them to success, think of how marketable that would be, give him a contract, have it all go wrong. Fingers crossed.
-
Didn't they say the opposite? That he'd get sacked if he qualified for the Champions League? Would explain how he had the team playing.
-
Giggs to take over till the end of the season. loljokes
-
Will be mint if they get a new manager and stay shit.
-
Wonder how high the number in the subject is going to get.
-
Great article. Seen it posted somewhere else and an Arsenal fan chips in with Yeah, I love going to a game with a mellow atmosphere, really helps me unwind at the end of the week

So he's got ten senior players out, Remy wears number 9.... Maybe we've got to the bottom of the problem, he can't count. He probably thinks our goal difference is pretty good over the last few games.

Norwich's only remaining games are against Chelsea, Man U, Liverpool and Arsenal
-
Looking at their fixtures Norwich aren't getting another point this season, so if they can hang on to this and beat two of Cardiff, WBA and Swansea they'll finish above them at least.

"Mags are obsessed with us, they even sometimes look at a Sunderland forum! I can tell because I saw them talking about this thread when I was visiting a Newcastle forum." Hi Bristow
-
Mackems think everyone's a mag man, the people who run Sky, Sunderland fans who do something stupid, other club's fans who post on other boards, mackems who post on RTG, referees, journalists, the people who edit the highlights on Match of the Day, the entire staff of Look North, and anyone with influence in the FA. You'd be amazed if we weren't the best supported club in the country based on that, but at the same time as everyone secretly being a mag everyone in the country hates us as much as them and our support is awful. This is one of the many reasons why if you look up cognitive dissonance on Wikipedia it's accompanied by a pictures of Uncal Mick and Rollernonce.
-
They were mags, I wouldn't be surprised if they were writing THE SUN WAS RIGHT, ALSO PARDEW OUT on the other side, ready to use this tragedy to get media coverage and further their 'cause'. Makes me sick, can't believe they did that.

Old football friends http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Feyenoord#Supporters http://i.imgur.com/AOZ1p2L.png Unsurprising to see that part of the wikipedia page written like a post from RTG

Looking at some of the other stats man, Liverpool have scored 49 goals in 2014 and we've managed 9. That doesn't even seem like a gap mathematically possible between two teams in the same divison http://www.chroniclelive.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/2014-premier-league-would-newcastle-6990438?utm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=twitter

Going to be an interesting fight for North East Form Table Top Dogs anyway http://www.premierleague.com/en-gb/matchday/form-guide.html

Town is full of Everton fans tonight. Why aren't they staying in Sunderland? I JUST DON'T KNOW.
-
I think when they get relegated we should bring out the trifles.

-
I see the plan here, beat us the last three times we play them and get relegated so they can continue going on about it for longer.
-
Fuck off man, I was about the only cunt left
-
And Ashley and Pardew don't give a fuck what the fans think either.
-
As if Padew and Ashley give a fuck what Sunderland are doing, they barely care when they beat us, never mind how they're doing against anyone else.

Considering players retiring, being sold and finishing loan spells amounts to 1 or 2 players per transfer window over the course of the year, how exactly is that level of investment 'strengthening'? Particularly when we don't buy players based on what we need for the squad, but what's on offer in the bargain bin and may be worth more in a year's time? Can you imagine being a manager turning up for the interview after Pardew goes? When you're used to hearing enthusiastic pitches about a club's vision, their plan for how to progress and improve, challenge for things above their station in 2, 5, 10 years time? And you're told your job is to try and tread water in the premier league with the smallest squad possible by avoiding extra games in the cup or Europe.
