Did a proper Ando "Awwwhhh JUST PURRIT IN THE NET!"!"

As we saw with the difference between the Villa and Spurs match, just because something wasn't working at the end of one game, doesn't mean that will continue at the start of the next, because unlike with Bruce we're not just going to "go again" and hope it's magically better, we have a manager and a coaching team who will have looked closely at what went wrong last time and will have been working hard behind the scenes for how to address it. That's not to say it'll work, but the fact you know it can is a cause for optimism. Won't know if I'm confident or not until we're like 10 minutes in.

YES POPEY

That was the first away match I'd been to in ages, specifically chosen cos I was sick of always going to away games and seeing us lose.

Mackem I know doesn't want to come up yet, not sure how prevalent that view is

This been posted yet? Supposedly Gooner was in the family area, pissed up and hoying bottles about, so not just as simple as finding a rival fan in the home end
-
Haha, he was a fantastic striker for the staff team apparently
-
He's asked me if I can make some honorary Geordie certificates for his Scottish mates who sit a bit along "I can get them laminated at the same place that do my anti king ones"
-
Haha, did he teach you French and/or German by any chance?

That hashtag man. Hope we tear them a #NewArs

My dad is taking his Not My King posters to the match to wave if they play the anthem. Pray for me

Haaland now has 51 goals in total and was asked about beating Dixie Dean’s all-time top-flight record of 63. “I don’t think of this,” he said. “I sleep tonight and then I think about three points against Leeds [on Saturday]. I will go home now and play some video games and then speak – I cannot say which games – it’s too embarrassing.” Which video games do we reckon Haaland is embarrassed about playing?

Apparently it's automatic that when you refund your ticket, you return the loyalty points, so they'll manually add them back. Still funny.

"Gulls on the roof of South Tyneside Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday (April 25) could be heard calling out as the bench watched CCTV of the “bizarre” incident, which happened in a back street of Gladstone Street, Sunderland." Trying to make out he was getting heckled by the family of the victim from the gallery
-
Took the loyalty points back off those who went to the Newcastle match due to the refund
-
Why would anyone in the media give a fuck enough about Sunderland to be biased against them?
-
What bird is on the Spurs badge again? Is it a poorly cockerell or might it be a sick swan?

Lot of headline writers being told "No, sorry" by their editors today.
