My dad made a point of wearing his toon training anorak to the Pink concert

Never mind that, what about Fender vs... Dire Straits, for some reason. https://www.readytogo.net/smb/threads/dire-straits-v-sam-fender.1609260/

Please tell me someone like Exile or DangerMouse is a massive pro golf fan. What's the odds next major tournament, RTG is happily watching along and reacting in the chat forum golf thread?

Well its not really a statement, just TalkSport understanding something you'd hope people would have understood anyway. One of those things that sows a seed of doubt more than not saying anything, seeing as we wou;d have thought it was a given.,

Or maybe just shut the fuck up for 8 months and quietly return to the game, thankful that your stupidity has been met with such leniency.

Ha, I always say that to my mates when we split up to our stands after the pub. I've got the voice pretty nailed on now.

The thing about blaring Hey Baby or Pretty Green Eyes at the end is even if he's correct that the crowd want to sing along with the original, we only have player specific lyrics for ten seconds of the chorus, so for the rest of the time you're standing around awkwardly, unable to sing any toon songs because youre drowned out by meandering verses about how DJ Otzi wants to get knuckle deep in some lass he's creeping on in the street. As for the volume, it's fine in the East Stand which makes me think our speakers are fucked and they have to turn up all the other stands so it reaches us.

Could you do like Jennifer Anderson, Elliot Anderson's face on Jennifer Aniston's body? Or vice versa? If that's too difficult just do it with John Anderson instead.

People who just can't see us winning need to get to the bookies, we're clear favourites, evens at best, with the draw 3/1 and a Brighton win 11/4. I agree that I wouldn't go as far as to say we're "clear favourites" from a non-betting point of view. Whether that's because I have been watching us more closely than Mr Paddy Power has, or if it's just the natural pessimism of being a Toon fan I dunno. But I've never met a poor bookie.
