They're all unemployed for good reason, barring Di Matteo. They are crap. Grant left his last post of his own volition after winning the Serbian league. Avram's a funny one. Seems to do well when he's handed quality players(Chelsea, Maccabi Haifa, Partizan Belgrade). Struggled with Pompey (relegation wasn't entirely his fault there, they were docked 9 points) and West Ham, granted. I think we have a squad he could do well with. Think he'd be better than Pardew though we have no chance of getting him. edit: also he looks like a ghoul.

Did Sir John Hall make a racist joke about Les Ferdinand ages ago?

Quoted again for archival. Astonishing. Is this archive open to the public? this is literally what the liberal bleeding hearts would have you believe -

Just to back up my previously posted opinion with reasons - Upcoming fixtures(these are legal now, right?) four teams on 7 points and Palace on 3. 15. Swansea next 5: Sunderland(h), West Ham(h), Cardiff(a), Stoke(h), Fulham(a) 16. Stoke next 5: West Brom(h), Manchester United(a), Southampton(h), Swansea(a), Sunderland(h) 17. Fulham next 5: Crystal Palace(a), Southampton(a), Manchester United(h), Liverpool(a), Swansea(h) 18. Norwich next 5 : Arsenal(a), Cardiff(h), Manchester City(a), West Ham(h), Newcastle United(a) 19. Crystal Palace next 5: Fulham(h), Arsenal(h), West Brom(a), Everton(h), Hull(a) Can't see Norwich and Palace improving their position too much. Swansea has the objectively easiest set of fixtures to get points and pull away. Stoke has some tricky ones and could swap place with Fulham. Fulham themselves have a tough run in but Norwich's is worse and I can't see them escaping 18th, nor Palace 19th. I have a weird feeling Jol is safe as long as he puts a little more daylight between 17th and 18th. I think it will be increased pressure on Hughton, Hughes and Holloway.

hughton, holloway and ... someone who isn't jol, whom I still think will get out of this alive. Hughes maybe. Triple-H.

Anita has nothing but professional pride to play for, he's been treated terribly. And it's what caused Carr to be rather miffed at Pardew, i'm sure i read it the Chronicle. Pardew not using the players scouted and bought in the right way. I'm shocked.

What does this bollocks mean, man? People are "so far gone" because they know he's a shite manager, it's pointless acting otherwise. He's fucking shite and in turn we're fucking shite (and on the whole we have been shite this season). If you're trying to say that people actively want Newcastle - and therefore Pardew - to fail, then aye, you're talking shite He's trolling, Broey Tribbiani. Absolute shit page after page from the usuals again. Why don't you attempt to offer something worthwhile to the conversation Jack? You have the patter of a fucking kettle. And he draws like a 5 year old. :huff:

Wenger time ends with a whimper and not a bang. Shame that. Like Arsenal a lot.

so if I'm reading the 2nd one right (I'm open to correction) we are reasonably good at restricting chances but defense is cocking up on the ones that to happen Exactly.

yeah well their manager is named Malky which isn't a name for adults to go by

So Williamson playing and Jonás coming on were the right decisions? We've won today because Cardiff were monumentally shit in the first half and Rémy's scored two fantastic goals. Not because the team selection and Pardew's tactics were right. We've been extremely fortunate. Second half we were all over the place with tactics a mess, first half he got it right with the approach and setup, which created those opportunities for Remy. Starting XI is debatable. I would have started HBA instead of Gouffran. The fear/expectation being promoted sides tend to be more "physical" so Gouffran was the safer choice. May have been the reasoning for Tiote over Anita as well. Subs were a mess.

How gassed was sissoko by the end btw? Didn't hear his name much but was everywhere today.
-
He likes to be in the right position unless there's a physical type striker in said position. Aye, seen that one a few times. Did well today though.

coloccini has been pretty much positionally perfect this game.
