Almiron looks like a left footed Kieron Dyer
-
Nothing wrong with trying to big a player up to agitate a move, but the main thing I don’t like is how he is openly shafting the existing agent.
-
There’s no shame, Cardiff have not been able to prove to their insurers that Nantes completed all the paperwork and whether or not MacKay was acting on behalf of Nantes when he arranged the plane
-
Reminds me of after in his prime the way he runs, hopefully better end product
-
He was fouled, but punch it and we win the game He’s still a good keeper
-
He’ll probably get a pay rise soon to shut us up
-
My understanding from the BBC article is that Cardiff had not received all of the paperwork confirming he’s 100% their player. I’d imagine insurance want that proof.
-
The issue might be in relation to international clearance. If not all paperwork was complete there is a very grey area here.

Never lost faith in Perez but as showed last season he picks up a level when players around him are performing. Having Longstaff, Atsu and Rondon around him are really helping him and with Almiron coming in soon we could soon rediscover peak Perez
-
Agreed, but the passing into danger percentage? Come on, that has to be the other way around. Darlow was awful in that respect. I really can’t figure out half the tweet but it could just mean passes into own third of pitch which obviously Dubs would win hands down
-
You're not the sharpest tool in the box are you Shows Darlow's pass into danger % and positioning errors to be off the fucking scale you mentalist. At least he can read a graph unlike you Well if that graph is suggesting Darlow is better in those areas then I don't really want to read it correctly as anyone with eyes can see it's absolute bollocks. Carlow used to assist the opposition with shite passes pretty much every game ffs...no way can it be suggesting he's better at not passing into danger. Still not a good idea to call someone thick and then post something equally thick in the same post!
-
Not that the tweet matters by the way Dubs is clearly the better keeper plus his style of play is going to look more negative with those carefully selected statistics.

On the plus side it helps keep him under the radar and stops the media trying to sell him to Arsenal for next season.

Can live with one mistake a year if he continues his high standards for rest of year
-
Enough of this wastrel just send him back to Chelsea to make a point

Had we had this defence between 1995 and 2005 we’d have won shit loads of trophies

Anyone else reckon that these ‘extra’ performance related transfer fees are for league positions and European qualifications with the money to pay for these extras sources from the subsequent prize money?
-
Not sure why the first part is relevant. If we’ve paid less than we thought then all the better. Getting a good deal is fine. Waiting a whole year, keeping Rafa waiting and risking the player going elsewhere just so we can get the (initial) price below our transfer record is pathetic.
-
0. The player signings are irrelevant the fact that we negotiated the Almiron transfer to below our transfer record and for Charnley to then say what he said has just highlighted what we all knew, the club is dead.

I thought the whole point of Almiron is to unlock Perez
-
What? Why not? Suspended. He doesn’t have a work permit

Unless returning to 4411 I’d imagine he remains first choice LWB unless there is some central midfield potential we don’t know about
