Murphy with new found strength of ten men. Looks like he is starting to really get a grip with the league. Good job boys. Still wasteful and sphincter pulsating but a HUGE 3 points. -

Too shy and embarrassed to score. -

Can't both teams be given no points. Being rewarded in anyway for that is laughable. Not an abnormal performance for us over the past 3/4 years. The sooner this takeover and transfer window is put to bed the better. Our players look awful. Squad rotation can motivate or disrupt. Our players clearly aren't gelling or showing any ability to create on or off the ball. -

With performances like this it is hard to recognize we have any talent at our club. We simply can't be this fucking bad. It's not just lack of confidence. Basic passing and attacking intent isn't there. All the changes to the team again, while could motivate are instead just making us look like a team that has never trained together. Some absolute shit on display. Even with spending (which relegation rivals will also do) it's hard to see us finishing any go get than we currently are. We look like the away side today against fucking Brighton. -
Think he will do well with a run of games and a coach and system that likes him, outside of the premier league. Barely considered him a player for us this year as Rafa clearly never rated him. Wish him all the best though. Think his temperament really cost him his place here more than anything else.

Could have been 1-2 If he'd played today. Disappointed. Be interesting to see if he features at the weekend. Clearly not ready for two matches in a row.

Rarely see the point in just trying to sit back and defend and entire game. An ok performance in the end with good cameos from merino and atsu. Aaron's and Murphy in particular have something there. The former isn't close to being match fit and the latter is looking better each game and looks to be learning. Shelvey had some sublime passes and some shit tackles and lack of tracking back. Same old. Lots of hope we can stay up with glimmers of good performances. Counts for nothing when we aren't picking up any points though. Next two games are important.

Big boost hopefully we can build on it like Everton have. Deserved the points today although we certainly took a beating at times. -
Oops. Phone autocorrect. Slight difference. Pribably less hate.

Just to confirm is the curry still on going too? Stuff of dreams. -
Not sure why we are bothering playing any more games. Send the players on holiday for the rest of the season and plays the youth team. Blood-em bairns in for the championship.

You mean face surely? Sunderland are always the heels. True, but he's getting the cheap heat like a pro Like the heart foundation circa 97. Hated in America. Loved everywhere else.

Indeed We need points today.

Shelvey again looking one of our best players without playing more than average. Horrific. Whether you blame Yedlin for the second or not he has been brain dead especially the last 5 minutes with the offside call. We look like relegation fodder at the moment. The January hope and then frustration can't come soon enough. -
Fuels my cascadia rivalry hate even more.

Can we not just pay Ashley tax and ask all fans to throw in 50 quid. I can't afford it but id gladly pay it of he fucks off. Granted we have already been paying Ashley tax the past 10 years. -

Sell the club in desperation through the press and expect to make a loss. Ashle is bent over a Barrel on this one. The minute they went public to flush out buyers was the minute he flushed his value down the drain. I hope there is compromise as we all know he is pig headed enough to keep the club out of spite. Guess those 'want to find the buyer that has the best long term interests of the club' quotes will be tested now. -
Big lift for the club although a very mediocre appointment when all is said and done. Considering where it looked like they were heading this close to a best case scenario appointment. Expect most mackems will be over the moon.

Irvine is a good coach tbf. Surprised Steve round isn't there too.

Shame if true but has to be something like this. Thought he looked a beast there physically. Didn't offer any less than manquillo going forward either.
